The selection of products is largely the same, with the exception of certain products that may only be found in-store. Please note that depending on the size of the stores, the entire collection may vary.

We accept credit cards MasterCard / Visa as well as Shop Pay.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are processed. If your purchase does not suit you, you can return it via Purolator or by mail. To learn more about our refund options, please refer to our refund policy.

Once your order is received, you can return it to our Kingtreads® warehouse at your expense. Please ensure that the item has not been worn and is accompanied by its invoice as well as its original box. No exchanges for online purchases. For more details on refunds, please see our return policy.

If your package is delivered by Purolator, a signature will be required upon receipt. You will also receive a delivery notice at the email address provided in your file.

In case of absence during delivery, a business card will be left for you, informing you of where to pick up your package. You will generally have 5 days to claim it at the locations designated by the carrier. It is also possible to request a second delivery attempt via the chat service on the Purolator website.

After this period, the package will be returned to the Kingtreads® warehouse. To retrieve your product after its return, you will need to bear the associated shipping costs.
