Delivery

- We offer free shipping on all purchases of $100 and over, in Quebec (*) and Ontario only.
- Except for the Lower North Shore (transport at your expense)
- Valid shipping and billing addresses in Canada.
- No package delivered to a post office box.
- The billing address must be the same as that on the credit card used.
2- Fixed costs only in Canada on regular service
- Quebec (*) and Ontario: $15
- (*) except for Basse-Côte-Nord in Quebec, we will contact you for the amount
- Labrador and Newfoundland: $55
- Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island: $19
- Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia: 25 $
- Orders originating from Nunavut, Yukon or the Northwest Territories will not be serviced by our company.
Order tracking:
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find your tracking number.
Sales conditions:
1. DELIVERY TIME and ORDER PROCESSING
Under normal conditions, orders will be processed within a timeframe of up to 5 business days. Delays may occur depending on the volume of purchases. We are doing everything possible to ensure that you receive your package as quickly as possible.
